During the last weeks the water temperature had rised dramatically and reached around 25 degrees. This means difficult fishing for pike but better fishing for perch. The big pikes is standing in deep water whereas the perches are very active in the surface. The most of the good spots in lake Östen and Töck has delivered a lot of quite big perches both on jigg fishing and popper.

Söker du en spännande höstfiskedestination med lyxigt boende och bra service? Boka då in en weekend hos Nature Resort Värmland där vi har förmånliga paketpris under perioden september – november. Anläggningen ligger intill den norra änden av Dalslands kanal i västra Värmland. Här fiskar vi framförallt gädda och abborre i sjöarna Östen, Töck och Foxen, men även i de otaliga mindre skogsvattnen i området. Här finns även put and take-vatten med öring som är tillgängliga även under hösten. Perfekta vatten för allt från mete till drop-shot och trolling!

Nature Resort Värmland består av ett antal timmerstugor med 8 och 6 bäddar. Alla byggda under perioden 2008-2009 och är från 70 till 130 kvadratmeter. Alla stugor är fullutrustade med diskmaskin, golvvärme, tvättmaskin, helkaklade badrum, stora altaner, lcd-tv m.m. samt ligger ett stenkast från vattnet. Nytt för i år är även den stora fina vedeldade bastun precis vid strandlinjen. Lugnt och avskilt läge med bara vatten och skog runt stugorna.

6-bäddsstuga: 1300:-/pers (minimum 4 pers)
8-bäddsstuga: 1650:-/pers (minimum 4 pers)
Paketen innefattar: Boende tor-sön, 1 båt (Linder 440 Fishing), Motor, Yamaha 4hp 4-takt, bensin, Ekolod (Humminbird), Fiskekkort för Östervallskogs fiskevårdsområde, Fri tillgång till bastu, ved till kaminen, slutstädning, Genomgång av fisket i området samt fisketips från lokal guide.

The pike fishing at Nature Resort Värmland has been pretty good during the spring. Customers has been fishing in both Östen, Töck and Foxen and totally has around 35 pikes over 100 cm been caught. The fishing methods has been changing over the time due to the unstable weather…some weeks it has been good withe spinnerbaits, some weeks it has been deep fishing with big swim baits, and some weeks fishing with dead baits has been the best method.

Now we have opened SLUSS 31 (www.sluss31.se) and the café in Töcksfors!

In a few days the wooden burned sauna, just next to the water, will be ready for the first use. We hope this will be a nice extra service for all our customers at Nature Resort Värmland! Pictures of the sauna will come here on the blog soon.

We still have some free weeks in the best pike fishing period! For example weeks 18+19 in cottage Rönningsholmen, and weeks 20, 21, 22 and 23 in 6-beds cottages. We will publish a new web site soon and there we will have updated calendars.

 We have a really nice winter in Sweden this year! A lot of snow and ice on every lake. But in some months the spring fishing for pikes starts again and we still have free weeks in May.
